There are 14,278 stone scriptures carved by 16 generations of Sui, Tang, Liao, Jin, Yuan and Ming dynasties in the temple. These stone sutra boards were first hidden in the nine sutra caves carved on the Shijing Mountain. After the Liao and Jin dynasties, the caves on the mountain were gradually filled, and the stone scriptures were buried in the crypt of Yunju Temple. These stone scriptures are very exquisite. According to legend, if a mistake was carved, the stone surface had to be polished and carved again.
