The Chinese Culture Park covers an area of 333,000 square meters. It is a theme park focusing on the promotion of the long history and culture of the Chinese nation, taking garden culture as the carrier and patriotism education as the content. The main landscape of the park consists of "One Soul and Three Gardens". The "One Soul" is the Chinese Soul Art Wall, and the "Three Gardens" are the Quiet Garden, the Dynamic Garden and the Yixian Garden.

The Chinese Soul Art Wall concentrates the 5,000 years of Chinese history and civilization on the 2.4-meter-high, 2.3-kilometer-long wall with carving techniques. The Quiet Garden covers an area of 62,000 square meters, with a lake of 15,000 square meters. There is a unique "Dragon Wall" in the garden, which consists of 999 "dragon" characters written by 999 historical artists and calligraphers. The Dynamic Garden is composed of Jilu Huishou, Wenyuan Hall, Zhuqu Garden, Cultural Promenade, Music Fountain and Open Air Theater. The Yixian Garden consists of the Crescent Lake and 12 antique quadrangle houses.

The Chinese Culture Park inherits the characteristics of ancient royal gardens and incorporates the style of modern gardens, which has the multiple functions of culture, education, sightseeing and leisure. There are regular thematic activities in the park: "Chinese soul sunshine walk" in spring, "meet in the green sea and field, enjoy the passionate dynamic moment" in summer, "Chinese history and science walk" in autumn.
