With the rising temperature in summer in Beijing, it's hot season again. In order to urge myself to keep exercising every day, I have completely changed my schedule. I don't stay up late, but go to bed and get up early. After all, it's cool in the morning, which is a good time for exercise.

I'm tired of running around the community every day. So I choose to go to Yuyuantan Park by bus. It's really pleasant. I thought the park would be very quiet at 6:00 in the morning, but I found that there are crowds of fitness people. The large lotus leaves on the lake spread to the distance, reflecting the small house under the blue sky. Breathing the fresh air, you will feel very pleasant.

Yuyuantan Park has many characteristics of its own. In addition to cherry blossom, a large number of photographers and swimmers will come here as well. But now the shore has been blocked, and visitors can't go to the lake to swim any more. I think it's a good move. After all, the lake is full of aquatic plants, and there are still potential dangers.

Continue to walk around the lake. On the way to cherry garden, I found a flower path on my side. I had thought there were flowers in Yuyuantan Park at this time of year, but there are still clusters of pink flowers among the green grass.

These pink flowers look like hydrangeas from afar, but they are actually composed of countless flowers looked from near. These flowers are growing vigorously, but they also bring a dreamlike beauty to the hot summer.

Green grass can show its tenacious vitality without careful care. It is said that it can live longer than other herbs. It is considered to be the longevity grass in plants.

There are also some white flowers on the opposite side of the flower cluster, blooming among the green twigs. It also has a beautiful name called "one thousand birds". Isn't it because its petals look like birds flying high? The slender branches and poles are decorated with unique flowers, which are very beautiful in groups.

There is a small wetland in the cherry blossom garden of Yuyuantan Park, which is also a popular place of photography lovers. Among the swaying reed beside the river are large lotus leaves, and the mother duck shuttles and plays in the water with lovely ducklings.

The pavilion is full of photographers waiting for the best shooting angle, waiting to capture the pictures of their favorite birds. There are not only ducks, but also mandarin ducks, kingfishers and so on. Those photographers often stay for several hours, I admire their perseverance.

It only takes about 40 minutes to walk around the park. There are many scenic spots to enjoy on the way. It's really more comfortable than circling in the community. As a park with only 2 yuan for a ticket and annual tickets, it's really a good place to bring children to play and exercise.
