Dear tourists,

In accordance with the requirements of “the Notice of the Implementation Plan of Orderly Restoration and Opening of Graded Tourist Attractions” by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, approved by Changping District People's government and combined with the actual situation of Juyongguan Great Wall scenic area and Ming Tombs scenic area, the relevant matters concerning the orderly restoration and opening of the scenic area are announced as follows:

1. Opening hours

From Saturday, April 4, 2020, it will be open from 09:00-16:00 every day.

2. Open Range

Juyongguan Great Wall Scenic Area: No.3 and No.4 parking lots will be opened; fare collection office in Bei Guan and No.4 Parking Lot will be opened. Other areas such as the interior places and museums of Juyongguan Great Wall scenic area are temporarily closed.

Ming Tombs scenic area: open all parking lots and the ticket office at the south gate. The whole park is open. Visitors can enter from the south gate and exit from the south and north gates.

3. Ticket Purchase Method

Through the WeChat official account of "Juyongguan Great Wall" and "Ming Dynasty Tombs", visitors can buy tickets by means of network booking using the real name.

4. Tour Instructions

（1） Tourists need to purchase tickets through Internet reservation and real name system. Please bring your ID card.

（2） Tourists need to wear masks during the whole tour, take temperature measurement before entering the park, and swipe ID card to enter after passing the examination.

（3） Tourists consciously cooperate with the staff’s guidance and management. It is strictly forbidden to gather in piles and required to keep a distance of more than 1 meter from others.

（4） In order to ensure the health and safety of tourists, the scenic area will carry out flow control according to 30% of the maximum daily carrying capacity and the instantaneous optimal carrying capacity.

5. Ticket Price

Juyongguan Great Wall scenic spot: 40 yuan per adult and 20 yuan for half price tickets in peak season (April 1-October 31). Ming Tombs scenic spot: 30 yuan per adult and 15 yuan for half price tickets in peak season (April 1-October 31).

6. Ticket Preferential Policy

(1) Half price tickets

i. Minors aged 6 years (excluding 6 years) to 18 years (including 18 years), full-time undergraduates and students with lower degrees;

ii.The person who holds the social security fund shall present valid certificates;

iii.Teenagers from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan shall present valid certificates.

(2) Free ticket

i.Children under 6 years old (including 6 years old) or under 1.2m tall (including 1.2m);

ii.Active servicemen can enjoy exemption with valid certificates;

iii.The retired personnel shall present relevant certificates;

iv.The disabled shall present valid certificates;

v.Personnel with "old, young, sick and disabled" card in Beijing;

vi.The elderly over 60 years old shall present valid certificates.

vii.From April 2 to December 31, 2020, medical workers can enjoy free ticket with their ID card and qualified certificate (doctor qualification certificate and nurse practice certificate issued by the Ministry of Health or provincial health department).

Tourists who enjoy the free ticket can enter the park only after checking the valid certificate and scanning the code at the ticket office.
