Ltd. has introduced the policy of reduction and exemption to support the franchise hotels nationwide, especially the those in Hubei.

For franchised hotels in Hubei, the Group will be exempt from charges of brand use and service support from January 20 to March 31, 2020, and of the technical financial support from February 1 to March 31,2020. For franchised hotels in other cities nationwide, the fees of brand use and service support during February 1 to March 31, 2020 will be reduced by half. For franchised hotels that are expropriated by government authorities nationwide, the brand use and service support service fees will be exempted during the requisition period. If the requisition time ends earlier than March 31, 2020, relevant fees will be charged in half from the expiration of the requisition period to March 31, 2020.

It is known that these preferential policies are not applicable to franchised hotels that evade responsibility during the epidemic, break regulations of epidemic prevention and control, and violate the core values and corporate social responsibilities of BTG Homeinns Hotels (Group).
