Produced by the NCPA and directed by renowned director Hugo De Ana, the opera recreates scenes from the Swedish court and the city of Stockholm during the reign of King Gustav III in the 18th century. It tells the tragic story of a king who falls in love with his friend's wife and is killed. The performance will star famous singers from China and abroad.
