In order to make a safe, orderly visit in an efficient way, Beijing Museum of Natural History will implement the reservation system from 14:00 on December 17.

The museum will apply the real-name system while making reservations. Tickets are booked 3 days in advance. Visitors can make a reservation at the same day when tickets are not fully booked. Visitors will not be allowed to access the museum without an appointment. Registration for the first time requires mobile phone number and relevant information for individual travelers. Group reservation is available after getting approved from the museum's official website.

The visiting hours are divided into two periods: 9 am-12:00 noon, 1 pm-4 pm. Visitors who made reservations earlier should tour the museum on the same day, according to the reserve time, and access the museum by ID card.Visitors who miss the booking time will not be admitted to the museum. The museum receives 2000 individual and 1000 group visitors via free reservation in the morning and afternoon respectively.

As of December 18, Beijing Museum of Natural History will no longer provide a booking service. Visitors can make reservations via the official website of Beijing Museum of Natural History (www.bmnh.org.cn), official WeChat or telephone (010-67027702).
