Tanggu Hebin Park

The Tanggu Hebin Park houses a Suzhou-style Garden in its south part, which is the largest one of its type in North China so far, and built by the famous garden designers and craftsmen from Suzhou. The garden covers an area of 24,000 square meters,epitomizing the elegance of Suzhou garden. Its waterside pavilions, stone boats, Twin Pavilions, aquariums, Jiangjun (general)Door, Yanqinglou Building, Guanyunfeng Peak, Yuanyang (mandarin duck)Hall all share delicate design and are dazzlingly beautiful.The garden can be noted asclassic works of Suzhou Garden Architecture, especially the Qianbuchenglang (thousands of steps)corridor with its white walls and black tiles, which is the most exquisite. The wall has 36 windows, with each forming different opposite scenery.
