Located in Chongli District, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, Genting Resort Secret Garden covers an area of 100 square kilometers and is the largest mountain resort in China in terms of investment scale and planning area. There are 35 skiing trails, including 10 high-level trails, 17 intermediate trails, 2 primary trails, 6 natural skiing trails and a snowboarding park. It also has 4 world’s top high-speed ski lifts of seating heating function, and it is also the only ski resort in China where all cableways are equipped with heated seats. Officially opened in 2012, Genting Resort Secret Garden was designated as the venue for freestyle skiing and snowboarding of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics in 2015, where 18 gold medals will be awarded for six events.
