The Museum of the War of Chinese People's Resistance Against Japanese Aggression is a large-scale specialized museum introducing the history of the Chinese people’s resistance against Japanese aggression in all aspects, the only one of its kinds in China. It has been approved as a range of titles, like national first-class museum, national patriotism education demonstration base, national defense education base, national clean government education base and classic red-tourism area of China. What’s more, it is home to the Secretariats of China Society on the Studies of Anti-Japanese Aggression History and the Director Unit of Specialized Committee of Memorials of the Chinese Museums Association.

Opening hours: 9:00-16:30 from Tuesday to Sunday (tickets sold until 16:00); closed on Monday (opened on national statutory holidays and days in memory of the victory of Chinese people’s resistance against Japanese aggression)

Ticket: free. Tourists can get the tickets on presentation of valid identity documents; individual tourists are limited to 2,000 each day.

Transportation: take buses to Lugou New Bridge or Sculpture Garden of China’s Anti-Japanese, and walk to the destination.
