Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Sports Culture and Tourism Temple Fair for Welcoming the Winter Olympic Games

Theme: “snow invitation, endless joy, wealthy and strong country, and realizing the Chinese dream together"

Beijing International Sculpture Park, the largest sculpture theme park in Beijing, is a vivid picture of the concept of "humanistic Olympics."

It organizes square and arc ice rinks and the quanming dachongguan (all men press ahead), city bullfighting, king of shooting and many other sports and entertainment, integrating ice sports, nationwide fitness, cultural shows, science and technology and classic cuisine.

The Temple Fair sets up a Winter Olympic cultural exhibition area where the Olympic champions will visit and interact with tourists.

The Temple Fair also sets up a sub-venue - Qidi Ice and Snow World with an indoor ice rink of 1,800m2. With its capacity meeting international standards for professional competitions, the venue is planned as the venue for professional skating experience, hockey experience and teaching, ice events and other programs.

To tie in with the theme of this Temple Fair, Ulanqab of Inner Mongolia, the friendly cooperation partner of Shijingshan District, will hold the Second Ulanqab Ice and Snow Arts Festival from February 5 to March 3, during which a variety of entertainment shows, such as international big circus, marine animal shows and Mongolian folklore experience activities, will be presentedin addition to the traditional ice sculptures, snow sculptures, ice lights and other basic items.
