Japanese wagyu, one of the world's finest meat products, is known for its signature marbling and high price. The Australian Wagyu Association is the largest breed association outside Japan.

MEAT MATE’s first shop opened at Sanyuanqiao in 2016, and was the first shop in the city offering chilled Australian wagyu. Its Australian wagyu beef is freshly delivered every day. Customers can either take meat away or have it cooked in store at affordable prices. Eat the beef accompanied by a bottle of red wine, another best seller at the shop.

The shop provides every type of cut of Australian wagyu, such as ribeye, sirloin, tenderloin, rump, as well as filet mignon for beef steaks and short ribs for hotpot and barbecue.
