Badaling National Forest Park

The Badaling National Forest Park lies amongst the Juyong Pass and the Badaling Great Wall, covering an area of 44,000mu. Its highest peak is 1,238m above the sea level. Badaling National Forest Park boasts 539 varieties of plants and 158 varieties of animals, with the forest coverage of 96%. Badaling National Forest Park is equipped with an experience center that contains forest-cuddled classroom, wood sculpture of animals, long jump competition of animals, rock climbing, viewing platform, camping area, etc. Badaling National Forest Park is definitely worth your trip for those nature lovers.

Traffic Guide: take Line S2 at North Huangtu Station, then transfer to Bus Route 879 at Badaling Station, get off at Badaling National Forest Park. The bus costs 2 yuan per person.

Juyong Pass

It is suggested that visitors take a cable car to have a panoramic view of the pass. Visitors are able to enjoy a full view of the majestic pass by viewing from the above. You would feel like that the breathtaking scenery is like an enormous scroll unfolding right before your eyes. In spring, the pass is bedecked with flowers stretching over ten li. In summer, the spot is fully covered with verdant trees. Juyong Pass has different offerings all the year around. It’s definitely worth a trip.
