Beibinhe Park formerly known as Dewai Nursery in Xicheng District. It was converted into a opening park in 1980. It occupies an area of 66, 300 square meters, within 54,547 square meters of green area.

The park is divided into two parts. The eastern part was built into a peculiar stone exhibition hall covers an area of 5000 square meters. Hundreds kinds of ornamental stones were housed in the hall, which may be called collect peculiar stones of famous mountains in one room. Shiyou Guild Hall, a courtyard of traditional Beijing-style was built close to the the exhibition hall. The guild hall is equipped with a variety of stones, trees, flowers and plants that becomes a unique stone park. The western part is mainly with entertainment and afforestation. Equipped with mass fitness equipment, it provides an ideal place for leisure, entertainment and fitness for residents.
