Located at Beitaipingzhuang, Xicheng District, Shuangxiu Park is one of the “Ten Parks”to celebrate the 35 anniversary of the foundation of The People’s Republic of China.

The park is combined by two parts: Chinese styled garden and Japanese styled Garden. It is the only Japanese styled park in Beijing. The park gains its name because there are two gardens named Cuishi Garden (Japanese Style) and Huifang Garden (Chinese Style). The stones of Cuishi Garden were donated by Japanese.

Covering an area of 1.26 hectares, Cuishi Garden made from material donated by Japanese. There is a wood bridge at the garden which connect two small islands. On the top of manmade rock, there is a typical Japanese house.

Huifang Garden is one typical Chinese garden that has manmade rocks and waterfalls. There is also one bridge at the garden.
