Culture Palace of the Nationalities was built in 1959. It is the first national grand nationality museum after the establishment of the People's Republic of China. It has collected about 50 thousand cultural relics about 55 minority nationalities.

Culture Palace of the Nationalities devotes into exploring, researching, protecting, propagating of the national cultures of ethnic minorities. It has held many national culture exhibitions in different countries, brought our traditional culture to the world stage, and made great contribution to the cultural exchange between China and other countries.
