Beijing Nine Dragons Amusement Park is located on the western bank of theMing TombsWater Reservior and is the first modern large scale comprehensive amusement park in Beijing. It has developed into a popular weekend holiday resort. People in Beijing like to spend their weekends here for a refreshment and/or relaxation.

The Ming Tombs Water Reservoir adds more activities to the park. Currently the park offers over 20 attractions: the Underwater Dragon Palace, the Aquarium, the Tetele Cinema, the Dinosaur Valley, the F- 1 cars among others. Some of these attractions are appropriate for the elderly people, good examples are the fantastic Underwater Dragon Palace and the colorful Aquarium, other thrilling and challenges games are better for dynamic kids: the F- Car racing is a case in point.

The palace which designed in a very strong Chinese architecture is well known for its uniqueness of the structure. Since an Avalokiteshvara Buddha has been enshrined within the palace, many visitors have come here purposely to worship the Buddha everyday.

2. Underwater Dragon Palace: Underwater Dragon Palace is one of the famous theme gardens ofJiulong Amusement Park. High end technology has been applied within this palace in order to create the mythical destination which does not exist in this world. Thus, this is one of the highlights as well as a must visit spot when you are here.

3. Science Fiction Adventurous Theater: Science Fiction Adventurous Theater is a fully computerized dynamic theater which wholly imported from United States. With seating capacity of 100 people,the audiences will be seating on movable seats which move according to the actions of the movie. The audiences will have the opportunity to experience the feel of sitting on a space ship that speeding in the space.

4. Parasailing: You can be sent flying 80 meters high from a speed boat and strong wind. You can experience the surroundings as well as get a better view of the surrounding area from above. 5. Toy World This is a wonderland for kids especially. Although this section is specially designed for children, it is a great entertainment destination for youths as well. You may experience many games which you used to play it during your childhood before such as swings, puzzles, table-tennis section and wellness centers.
