Breezy spring winds caress blooming tulips in rich hues of red, pink, yellow and purple, filling the air with delicate fragrance. The Blossoming Beijing · 2026 Beijing Tulip Culture Festival, hosted by Beijing Municipal Forestry and Parks Bureau, kicked off on April 15 at Beijing International Flower Port.

Running from April 3 to May 5, the festival covers seven major scenic zones across the city. It links key venues including Zhongshan Park and the China National Botanical Garden, presenting over 300 tulip varieties across an area of more than 120,000 square meters. A wealth of new premium tulip cultivars are showcased with staggered flowering periods for extended viewing.

Various themed events such as cultural fairs, horticultural popular science, parent-child activities and art performances will be held at all venues. Integrating digital technology and leisure services, the festival offers diverse spring travel experiences and enriches urban spring leisure life.
