The 28th Beijing Pinggu International Peach Blossom Festival will open tomorrow (April 10th).
Pinggu, the hometown of peach blossoms, is ablaze with tens of thousands of blooming peach trees, warmly inviting you. The weekend is the perfect time to head to Pinggu to enjoy the magnificent scenery of pink clouds covering the mountains, as beautiful as clouds and brocade, once a year.

Dalingqian Peach Blossom Viewing Area
Dalingqian Peach Blossom Viewing Area is one of the earliest blooming peach blossom spots in Pinggu. It features winding paths leading to quiet and secluded spots, away from the hustle and bustle.
Changjin Lu (Rd) Peach Blossom Viewing Area
Changjin Lu (Rd)is Pinggu's unique "sea of flowers highway," with peach blossoms stretching endlessly on both sides of the road. Currently, the peach blossoms are in full bloom, densely covering the branches. From afar, they look like mist and rosy clouds. Driving through, you are accompanied by blooming flowers all along the way.
Valley Coffee
Valley Coffee is located in Beishangying Cun, Wangxinzhuang, Pinggu. Sitting in front of the floor-to-ceiling glass, you have an unobstructed view of the distant valley. The café is decorated with fresh flowers and greenery, allowing visitors to enjoy the floral fragrance and coffee aroma while admiring the beautiful scenery, creating a very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The owner's homemade desserts and cakes are very delicious and popular with customers; one bite leaves a sweet taste in your mouth.
Substation Gallery
The Substation Gallery is located in Yuzishan Cun, Shanzhuang, Pinggu. It used to be a power distribution room serving villagers, but was transformed by a design team from Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology into a new space for art and design exhibitions in the Beijing suburbs. At the Substation Gallery, you can have coffee and also view exhibitions. The current exhibition is titled "Creativity! creativity!"
Jinhai Hu Peach Blossom Viewing Area
The Jinhai Hu Peach Blossom Viewing Area combines mountains, water, and flowers, making it uniquely charming. From mid-April to mid-May, the "Double Peach Blossoms" on Peach Blossom Island bloom in competition. The pink peach blossoms are reflected in the clear water. Taking a boat ride on the lake, with blooming flowers passing by on both shores, is a scenic spot full of the artistic conception of mountains and water in Pinggu's sea of peach blossoms.
Jinhai Hu Kua Stew Fish
One of the specialty dishes of Jinhai Hu (Lake) is Kua Stew Fish, made from reservoir fish. Jinhai Hu (Lake) has a wide variety of fish species, and the types of fish used in Kua Stew Fish change with the seasons. Kua Stew Fish is cooked over a wood fire for several hours. The meat is firm, tender, and chewy, with no earthy or fishy smell, and is very delicious.
Grand Metropark Jinhai Lake Hotel
Grand Metropark Jinhai Lake Hotel is adjacent to the Jinhai Lake Scenic Area. It draws on the unique natural landscape elements of the Pinggu Jinhai Lake region—mountains, rocks, and peach groves—as its concept, integrating Pinggu's Shangzhai culture, rare stone culture, and Taoyuan (Peach Blossom Land) culture. The hotel combines living spaces with a central courtyard, drawing inspiration from traditional Chinese architectural culture, aiming to create a distinctive low-density garden hotel.

Xiaojinshan Peach Blossom Viewing Area
"Ten miles of spring breeze can't compare to a piece of Pinggu's peach blossoms." One of the best viewing platforms to admire the magnificent April peach blossom sea in Pinggu is located at Xiaojinshan in Dahuashan (formerly Beigong Cun). Climbing to the summit pavilion, you can gaze far into the distance where tens of thousands of acres of peach groves resemble a colorful brocade, interwoven with pink, white, and red, like a vast sea of flowers flowing and undulating through the valley, magnificent and imposing.
Taohuahai Peach Blossom Viewing Area
As the main venue of the Peach Blossom Festival, this area has the most concentrated scale of peach groves and is famous for its large-scale peach blossom landscape. Tens of thousands of acres of peach groves connect into a pink ocean. Walking along the flower paths, the fragrance lingers, and every snapshot is a springtime masterpiece.
Agricultural Zhongguancun Zero Store Robot Restaurant
The restaurant focuses on combining Pinggu's seasonal fresh produce with intelligent technology. All ingredients are locally sourced fresh fruits and vegetables of the season, precisely cooked by robots, preserving local flavors while showcasing a modern technological experience. Yajishan Peach Blossom Viewing Area
The spring breeze brushes past Yaji Shan (Mountain), with pink peach blossoms and white apricot flowers adorning the branches. Looking up, under the clear blue sky, the two peaks stand tall and majestic. The red walls and golden roofs complement the spring colors covering the mountains, sketching a unique picture of the "Yaji Scenic Wonderland." Strolling along the mountain path, peach blossoms resemble clouds and rosy clouds, their pink petals dancing lightly in the wind. The apricot flowers are elegant and pure, with white petals and pink stamens filling the branches. A gentle breeze carries the floral fragrance. From the summit, a panoramic view of Pinggu's spring scenery unfolds: endless seas of flowers, layers of green mountains, and the harmonious blend of ancient architecture and nature create a springtime romance unique to Yaji Shan (Mountain).
Lakeside Farming and Reading Garden
From April 10th to 30th, the entire Lakeside Farming and Reading Garden is open free of charge with no limit on the number of visitors. They offer a 28 yuan iron pot stew feast featuring tender, flavorful braised pork, authentic chicken stewed with mushrooms, and spring water tofu freshly ground from mountain spring water. Visiting the garden, you can also see and taste the "Hermès of hawthorns" — golden hawthorns. Additionally, 100,000 sugar-coated hawthorns will be given away for free. By checking in on the popular review app Dianping on-site, visitors can enjoy a free candied hawthorn skewer.
Zhenluoying Pear Blossom Avenue
Zhenluoying Pear Blossom Avenue stretches from Xisiyu in the west to Hetao Wa in the east. From mid-April to early May, tens of thousands of pear trees bloom in competition, with purple February orchids blooming interspersed beneath the trees. Walking through them feels like entering a poetic fairyland described by the verse, "Suddenly, as if overnight, the spring breeze arrives, and thousands upon thousands of pear blossoms bloom."
