Flowering period: early March – early April

Recently, plum blossoms at Ming City Wall Ruins Park have become popular online. More than 1,000 plum trees of over 50 varieties grow here, including Zhusha, Gongfen, Yudie, and Lü'e. It is one of Beijing's best places to appreciate diverse plum blossoms, with peak bloom expected in mid-March. Zhongshan Park also features classic plum blossoms, including the iconic "Zhongshan Xing" plum tree with a 50‑cm diameter and 6‑meter height.
