Beijing Shunyan Special Vegetable Base

Beijing Shunyan Special Vegetable Base, a representative of Shunyi's colorful strawberry industry, offers a variety of premium strawberry cultivars including Cuiyu, Fenyü No.2 and Heizhenzhu.

Cuiyu features firm crisp flesh with a 14.7% sugar content and good storage resistance; Fenyü No.2 has pink plump fruits with delicate juicy flesh, 12-14% sugar content, low acidity and a unique peach and milk aroma; Heizhenzhu, known as the "Rolls-Royce of Strawberries", has deep red to purple fruits rich in anthocyanins, a sugar content over 20% when fully ripe and a rich lingering fruit flavor. Shunxin Strawberry Picking Garden is located in Houying Cun, Lisui, Shunyi, featuring the classic Benihoppe strawberry variety. Beijing Xinchengyuan Fruit Professional Cooperative is located in Xixincheng Cun, Xingshou, Changping. It is a joint-stock farmers' professional cooperative integrating fruit production, sales, picking, agricultural technical services and farmers' technical training.
