02 Rongguofu, Zhengding County

This is the filming location of the 1987 version of Dream of the Red Chamber. It is an Ming-Qing style official mansion garden built based on the original work, with red gates, black tiles, winding corridors, and overhanging eaves perfectly replicating the charm of a "noble family with resounding fame". Strolling in Hanfu through Jia Mu's Courtyard and Yihong Courtyard, admiring lotus flowers and listening to operas by Daishan Pavilion, every frame seems to come out of the book.
