Yu Daokou Grassland and Forest Scenic Spot is located in the Bashang region in the northwest of Chengde, Hebei Province, with 700,000 mu of original grassland and 200,000 mu of wetlands. From mid-June to the end of August, layers of white clouds cover the area, with vast expanses of green grasslands.

At this time, the grassland is like a colorful blanket, stretching all the way to the distant horizon, with incredibly fresh air.

Distant mountains like ink paintings, misty clouds, as if in a ten-mile gallery. The gentle breeze and white clouds endow the Yu Daokou Grassland and Forrest Scenic Spot with unparalleled beauty.

Starting from June 16, 2025, the scenic area will be open daily from 05:30 to 20:00, with the following areas open to the public:

Taiyang Hu (Lake), Taoshan Hu (Lake), Gui Shan (Mountain), Grand Canyon; Yueliang Hu (Lake), National Scenic Highway No. 1 (European Style Park).
