Waldorf Astoria Beijing Hutong Courtyard Villa (West Courtyard) consists of a 1050-square-meter Waldorf Quadrangle Dwelling set as a separate courtyard, with above-ground and underground facilities, including a master and secondary bedroom, a large terrace, a living room, a 12-person dining room with a semi-open kitchen, a private swimming pool and sauna area, a media room, and a 145-square-meter independent garden courtyard. Waldorf Astoria Beijing Hutong Courtyard Villa (East Courtyard) features a 121-square-meter double bedroom suite and three 100-square-meter single bedroom suites. The quadrangle dwelling is primarily in a two-tone red color scheme, with the main gate located in the center facing due south, grand and imposing. Its barrel-tile roof, bright oil decorations, and intricate gold-threaded Su-style paintings rival those of ancient imperial-level garden courtyards. The Waldorf Hutong Quadrangle Dwelling cleverly combines modern art and advanced room facilities while inheriting the traditional design essence, upholding the "continuation of Waldorf service" to provide guests with a unique quadrangle dwelling living experience.

The hotel has three restaurants in total. Zi Jin Ge Chinese Restaurant is a Michelin-starred restaurant specializing in innovative Cantonese cuisine. Iris Palace 1893 French Restaurant is located on the first floor of the hotel, named after the year the first Waldorf Hotel was built in 1893. This restaurant is a Michelin Guide selected restaurant, and breakfast is also served here. Yi Ting offers exquisite afternoon tea and delicious cocktails.

The Beijing Waldorf Spa Center has 7 therapy rooms, each equipped with a private steam room, shower room, and changing room.
