Temple of Heaven

In May, in the northeast outer altar of the Temple of Heaven, a charming and beautiful path unfolds slowly, with a profusion of flowers creating a poetic and tranquil natural garden.

This immersive themed long-lasting flower landscape created by the Temple of Heaven for visitors is located next to the outer altar ring road, covering an area of ​​approximately 2000 square meters. Against the backdrop of the lush tree canopy of the Temple of Heaven, a variety of flowers such as roses, lilies, artemisia argyi, hibiscus, and sweet peas complement each other, creating a colorful summer flower cluster.

On May 16, the 44th Rose Exhibition at the Temple of Heaven Park arrived as scheduled with the blooming season and favorable winds, and the exhibition will continue until May 23.

The Temple of Heaven Park has innovatively created a characteristic tour layout of "one park, one belt, one scene." In the "one park" area, over 300 varieties and tens of thousands of roses of different postures shine under the ancient cypress trees and the dome of the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests.

If you follow the fragrant potted rose "flower belt" surrounding the main exhibition area, you can stroll along this beautiful scenic route into the Rose Garden and immerse yourself in the atmosphere-filled flower landscape of the Temple of Heaven.

China National Botanical Garden

Recently, the China National Botanical Garden (North Garden) Rose Culture Festival kicked off, with the main exhibition area located in the Rose Garden of the China National Botanical Garden (North Garden). During the festival, nearly a thousand varieties and over 50,000 rose plants will gradually bloom, turning this place into a sea of flowers.

The Rose Garden of the China National Botanical Garden (North Garden) covers a total area of 7 hectares, with different types of roses including the Rose and Old Rose Display Area, the Abundant Flower Rose Display Area, the Plateau Garden (New Excellent Variety Display Area), and the Austin Rose Display Area.

The Old Rose Display Area is a major feature, currently showcasing over 50 old rose varieties such as "Yingri Hehua", "Yipin Zhuyi", and "Red Every Month".

From May 10th to May 23rd, the "Flowers in the Heart (花漫心间)" fine potted rose exhibition will be held in the high-quality rose area on the west side of the Rose Garden, showcasing excellent rose varieties bred in recent years, including "Red Da Vinci" rose, "Red Demon King" rose, and "Golden Dragon Fish" rose. These rose varieties have larger flowers, more vibrant colors, and are very photogenic.

From May 15th to May 31st, the Central Green Forest Park transforms into a dreamy sea of flowers, welcoming the highly anticipated Rose Culture Festival.

Stepping into the Jing Wan Friendship Rose Garden in the Green Heart Park, 7 distinct exhibition areas unfold like a colorful scroll: explore the mysterious traces of ancient flower species in the Rose Resource Area, encounter cutting-edge breeding achievements in the Modern Rose Area, and walk through the arbor to enter the Tree-shaped Rose Display Area, as if stepping into a fairy tale "Rose Kingdom."

131 varieties, 2600 rose bushes bloom in competition, crimson like fire, pink like clouds, purple like satin. Layers of petals unfold in the sunlight, swaying in the breeze, the sea of flowers surges, a subtle fragrance floats, attracting numerous citizens to stop and capture this dreamlike moment with their cameras.

This 20,000 square meter rose garden showcases the elegance of Nanyang Large Flower Roses, the enthusiasm of Abundant Flower Roses, and over 30 self-bred varieties stunningly make an appearance, allowing citizens and tourists to fully appreciate the myriad splendors of the rose family.

Badachu Park

This summer, on the north side of Baihui Garden Road in Xishan Badachu, a micro landscape that "breathes" quietly grew on the stone wall - a succulent three-dimensional wall!

The collision of the hard wall and the soft succulents bursts with natural vitality in the stone crevices, making every snap a refreshing and beautiful photo.

The top of the stone wall is filled with ingenuity! Ivy and golden pothos cascade like a waterfall, wooden flower boxes and clay pots hang in a scattered manner, and succulents "grow" out of the wall, forming a rich three-dimensional plant community.
