Opening Hours: From April 30 to May 4, the scenic area will be open from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Day tour tickets will be sold and checked from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, while night tour ticket checking will run from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Shuttle buses and cable cars will operate from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM. The night tour will cover the area from Enemy Tower Mu 10 to Mu 15. Please note that all visitor vehicles must be parked in the service area parking lot.
Ticket Booking: Please make a real-name reservation on the official English website of Mutianyu Great Wall Scenic Area:https://en.mutianyugreatwall.com/reservation-center/tickets. After successful purchase, you can enter the park with your passport or by scanning the QR code.
Note that: All groups are eligible to purchase tickets. If entering after 5:30 PM, you need to buy night tour tickets. In case of extreme weather or other irresistible factors leading to event cancellation or park closure, the scenic area will release relevant notices in advance. Night Tour Ticket Price: The night tour package is 200 yuan per person, including admission ticket, round-trip shuttle bus ticket, and unlimited round-trip cable car rides (for people over 1.2 meters tall). Children 1.2 meters (inclusive) and below can enter for free. No other preferential policies apply.
On-site Activities: Enjoy unlimited cable car rides and witness the breathtaking sunset, experiencing the vast vistas from the Great Wall.
Under the setting sun, indulge in a cinematic feast. From May 2 to 4, Mutianyu Great Wall teams up with a film carnival to create a "Great Wall Night Sky Cinema" at the service area plaza. Against the backdrop of the Great Wall, enjoy exciting blockbuster movies. On one side lies the weight of history, and on the other, the charm of light and shadow, delivering a dual shock to your senses and soul.
