China National Botanical Garden
In the main exhibition area of the Science Museum on the west side of the China National Botanical Garden (North Garden), covering nearly 8000 square meters, over 200,000 tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, and more than 100 varieties of bulb flowers are blooming, interpreting the theme of "Cloud Brocade and Colorful" into a flowing ecological picture.
Various tulips stand tall like wine glasses or exude the elegance of peonies, weaving over twenty colors such as golden yellow, fiery red, mysterious purple, and gradient stripes to create a color palette on the earth, forming undulating waves of colors. Tall poplar trees block the sun, distant green mountains layer upon layer, walking in the scenery feels like strolling in a painting.
This flower exhibition cleverly integrates traditional Chinese cultural elements. Designers incorporate auspicious cloud patterns and the symbolic peony patterns into the landscape layout, dividing the exhibition area into different color blocks and bands with colorful tulips, complementing the blooming peach blossoms and peonies in the surroundings.
This flower exhibition will continue until early May. During this period, a series of popular science activities and flower culture lectures will be held. Citizens and tourists can sign up to participate through the "China National Botanical Garden" WeChat Official Account.
The China National Botanical Garden has launched plant-themed plush toys this spring, featuring not only spring-flowering tulips and lilies but also one of the three flagship plants of the botanical garden, the giant taro, a first-class protected plant, the ginkgo, and the self-cultivated peach blossom variety "Pink Peach".
At the "Planting Spring Colors" cultural and creative market, various plant plush toys, creative ice cream, China National Botanical Garden fridge magnets, and other cultural and creative products are on display. "Peach Drunk in the Spring Breeze - Red Mansion Garden Party" is also waiting for your exploration.
