The Xiaoyuzi Peach Blossom Viewing Area is located in Xiaoyuzi Village in the southwest of Dahua Mountain Town, with a total area of over 30,000 acres. The entire scenic area is nestled in a basin surrounded by mountains.

In the mid-1980s, tens of thousands of acres of peach blossoms gradually formed, named after the connected sea of flowers, and later selected for the Guinness World Records.

In mid-April every year, when the peach blossoms in Pinggu are in full bloom, the peach blossoms spread out like a pink carpet for miles, walking through the peach forest, with red clouds filling the sky, as colorful as brocade, like a sea tide, bringing joy to the heart and mind.

Xiaojinshan Peach Blossom Viewing Area is one of the best spots to enjoy the panoramic view of the "Pinggu Peach Blossom Sea". It is located in Xiaojinshan, Houben Gong, Dahua Shan, Pinggu. Climb up the steps along Xiaojinshan to the peach blossom viewing pavilion and overlook the thousands of acres of peach blossom sea.

The sight is filled with miles of peach blossoms, laying out a pink carpet, walking through the peach forest, with red clouds filling the sky, as colorful as brocade, like a sea tide.

Yajishan Peach Blossom Viewing Area

Yajishan is named after its twin peaks towering high, resembling the hair bun of an ancient girl.

The mountains here are majestic, the forests lush, and in spring, all kinds of flowers bloom, creating a beautiful scene. As you ascend along the winding mountain trail, you will find yourself surrounded by a landscape full of blessings.

From the top of Yajishan, you can overlook the Pinggu urban area, capturing the beautiful scenery and bringing peace to the mind.

In addition to flower viewing, Yajishan also boasts rich cultural attractions, including the Yajishan Temple Fair with a history of over 500 years, held from the first to the eighteenth day of the lunar April each year. During the fair, it is lively and attracts many visitors to pray for blessings.

Zhenluoying Peach Blossom Viewing Area

Zhenluoying is a deep mountain town in the northernmost part of Pinggu. The town is located at a high altitude with a cool climate, and the flowering season is slightly later. The peach blossoms here mark the end of the peach blossom season in Pinggu, and visitors who haven't had a chance to admire the peach blossoms can come to enjoy them in late April.

Zhenluoying boasts a beautiful natural environment, with over 10 peaks above a thousand meters in altitude. The area is filled with unique peaks and strange rocks, surrounded by mountains, and has a cool climate with abundant negative oxygen ion content.

In addition to enjoying the peach blossoms, Zhenluoying is also famous for its Pear Blossom Avenue, which connects Guanshang, Xisiyu, Dongsiyu, and Hetaowa, spanning approximately 10 kilometers.

Every April, the sea of pear blossoms covers thousands of acres, resembling fluffy clouds drifting gently. Along the way, purple February orchids bloom under the trees, creating patches of blue-purple flower mist and white flower seas, complementing each other. The wind carries the fragrance of pear blossoms, gently drifting by the branches, and taking a breath, the aroma seeps into the heart.

Peach Blossom Viewing Area along Changjin Lu (Rd)

When you arrive in the mountains and waters of Pinggu, traces of peach blossoms can be found everywhere. The Peach Blossom Corridor connected by main roads like Changjin Lu (Rd) is the most beautiful self-driving route to traverse.

Following the mountain streams and roads, following the peach blossoms all the way, crossing the Peach Blossom Corridor, with peach blossoms lining the road for miles, driving through it feels like sailing through a sea of flowers.

Peach Blossom Viewing Area at Jinhai Hu (Lake)

The Peach Blossom Viewing Area at Jinhai Lake integrates mountains, water, and flowers, with its own unique charm.

Jinhai Hu Scenic Area is now a AAAA-level scenic spot, surrounded by mountains on three sides, with lush peaks and beautiful scenery. It features the lake views and mountain colors of Qiandaohu, as well as the rugged rocks of Tuerling. With natural landscapes such as Lake Light Tower, Golden Flower Princess Tomb, Wanghaiting, and Juchi Cliff, as well as dozens of cultural landscapes, immersing yourself in the beautiful landscape of Jinhai Hu will make you feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

From mid-April to mid-May each year, the "Double Peach Blossoms" on Peach Blossom Island bloom in competition, emitting a charming peach blossom fragrance. Bees and butterflies flutter among them, making it a great destination for leisure and vacation for city residents.

Jinhai Lake Scenic Area is also the first pet-friendly scenic spot pilot project in Pinggu District. The core tour area is equipped with guide signs and a designated pet activity area, allowing pets and their owners to enjoy quality time together.

Sticky rolls are an authentic farmhouse dish in Pinggu. It involves stir-frying pork belly until fragrant, stewing it with seasonal vegetables, then rolling the rolls on top of the vegetables and simmering them together. Qingquan Stone Pot Tofu Feast

The "Empress Dowager's Big Pancake" originated from the Liao and Jin dynasties, made from green and natural grains such as millet and corn.
