To celebrate the Chinese New Year and enrich the festive life of the people, as well as showcase the rich cultural heritage of Panjiayuan, the 14th Panjiayuan Spring Festival Folk Culture Festival (2025年首届朝阳国际民族民间文化展示周暨第十四届潘家园春节文化庙会) will be held for six days from January 30th to February 4th, 2025 at the Panjiayuan Flea Market.

During the Folk Culture Festival, Panjiayuan will bring a series of rich and colorful folk cultural activities for tourists. At that time, folk performances such as dragon and lion dance, face-changing, magic, etc. will all be showcased.

During the Folk Culture Festival, Panjiayuan will also launch a free appraisal activity, inviting jewelry and jade appraisers, as well as senior collectors of cultural relics, to provide free appraisals for collectors on site. In addition to the promotion of intangible cultural heritage handicrafts, jewelry and jade, porcelain, coins, antiques and other goods, there will also be exhibitions of intangible cultural heritage crafts, handmade industries, and interactive folk performances, creating a full experience of traditional culture and atmosphere. In sync with the Folk Culture Street Market, there will also be a trendy market for handmade crafts and cultural creative products with a strong folk cultural connotation.
