Walking along the path up the mountain in the park, there are occasional yellow spots, and some spring flowers like the Chinese New Year flower quietly bloom. In the higher altitude area of the back mountain, some mountain peach flowers are almost blooming in full. In the Wofo Temple, a few early blooming winter sweets are quietly blooming. The golden delicate flower buds, set against the ancient red walls and green tiles, appear even more delicate. When the breeze blows, a faint fragrance is emitted, attracting many tourists to stop and take photos.
The flowering time of winter sweet in Beijing is generally in early spring. The National Botanical Garden (North Garden) has successively introduced early flowering varieties, such as "October Plum" and dog teeth, planted in the Wofo Temple and surrounding scenic areas. Therefore, citizens and tourists can enjoy the winter sweet blooming scenery in early winter.
