More than two thousand years ago, the two great civilizations of China and Greece shone brightly on the two ends of the Eurasian continent, making outstanding contributions to the evolution of human civilization.
The exhibition "The Greek - Agamemnon to Alexander the Great" brings together 270 items (sets) from 14 museums and cultural relics institutions in Greece. These precious exhibits span from the Neolithic period in Greece, dating back to 5800 BC, to the Hellenistic period in the 1st century BC, comprehensively covering all periods of ancient Greek civilization.
These exhibits vividly showcase the social and cultural landscape of ancient Greece, unfolding a panoramic historical scroll of ancient Greece for viewers. They will lead visitors to appreciate the achievements of ancient Greek civilization, trace the origins of modern Western civilization, understand the diversity and commonality of civilizations, and deeply comprehend the connotations of a community with a shared future for mankind.
