In its development, Yanjing Beer adheres to the corporate philosophy of "conducting oneself with compassion, working with integrity, and engaging in business with trust." The company has consistently followed an approach of sustainable production expansion, focusing on steady development and annual technical upgrades to strengthen and expand its operations. Committed to technological advancement as a driver of growth, Yanjing established a national-level research center, recruited top-tier talent, and leveraged innovation to maintain a competitive edge.

Yanjing proactively entered the market, pioneering a comprehensive market network to meet the demands of a market economy. It also completed a successful transition to a joint-stock company, moving from a product-focused to a dual product-and-capital management model. Shunxin Niulanshan Distillery

Niulanshan Distillery, a subsidiary of Beijing Shunxin Agriculture Co., Ltd., is in Niulanshan Town in northern Shunyi Beijing, along the western bank of the Chaobai River. Named after the nearby Niulanshan Mountain, the town's rich history in alcohol production dates back over 3,000 years to the early Zhou dynasty, endowing the area with a famed legacy in distilling. With pure mountain spring water and the essence of the Chaobai River, Niulanshan became the birthplace of Erguotou, a spirit now synonymous with the town. For over 300 years, Niulanshan has garnered a strong reputation, blending traditional techniques with innovation to maintain a lasting heritage.

Historical records such as the Kangxi-era Shunyi County Chronicles note the region's production of renowned "yellow and white spirits." The Republican Shunyi County Chronicles detail a flourishing industry, with "over a hundred craftsmen producing exceptionally pure spirits," of which Niulanshan became the most distinguished. After liberation, Shunyi County integrated four historic distilleries—Gongli, Fushuncheng, Yixin, and Kuisheng—to form a joint production facility. On October 26, 1952, the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry formally established the state-owned Niulanshan Distillery, marking the distillery's official founding.

Niulanshan Distillery upholds a business philosophy of integrity, innovation, pragmatism, and inclusivity. From the "Chaobai River" Erguotou to the "Hualan" Beijing Chun and the "Niulanshan" series, the distillery has thrived by focusing on quality and craftsmanship. Since entering the new millennium, Niulanshan has embraced its mission of "preserving 300 years of tradition, advancing the Erguotou industry, and promoting Chinese alcohol culture." Dedicated to establishing itself as the leading Erguotou brand in China, Niulanshan Distillery has consistently achieved strong growth, expanded its national market strategy, and increased its market share and production scale, maintaining a top position in the industry for output and sales revenue.

Niulanshan Distillery is not only a national intangible cultural heritage protection unit but also a time-honored Chinese brand with significant innovation and influence. The distillery covers a total area of 606 mu, with new and old facilities side by side, seamlessly blending traditional and modern elements. The architectural style reflects a unique Beijing charm, with traditional aesthetics infused with a dynamic, fashionable rhythm that embodies the Niulanshan brand culture.

The facility features industry-leading production infrastructure, including automated production lines, an intelligent warehouse, and a blending technology center. At the heart of the new site lies the Beijing Erguotou Culture Park, a dedicated space for showcasing Erguotou culture, promoting the company's heritage, and serving as an emblem of Beijing's cultural essence.

Red Star Erguotou Museum

The Erguotou Museum is located within the Beijing Red Star Distillery in Huairou. Covering an area of 3,400 square meters and styled after Ming and Qing dynasty architecture, the two-story museum features five main exhibition areas: the history of Chinese liquor, the history of Erguotou, the heritage and brewing techniques of Erguotou, and the treasured wine cellar. The museum also offers an interactive brewing experience, where visitors can taste freshly distilled "new liquor" and enjoy the role of a "tasting expert." Additionally, visitors can customize personalized Erguotou labels, making thoughtful gifts for friends and family.

The museum also includes a "drunk simulation" room, called the Wine Village Illusion. This space is designed with slanted floors and multiple mirrors, giving visitors an immediate sense of imbalance, dizziness, and temporary memory loss—mimicking the effects of excessive drinking, promoting a message of responsible consumption.
