During this year's National Day holiday, our city meticulously planned and launched 290 cultural and tourism activities centered around the themes of "Tianjin Starts with 'Clock' and 'Sounds' for You" and "Vibrant Autumn, Colorful Tianjin", with the slogan "Singing Joyfully in Prosperous Times, Enjoying Tianjin to the Fullest". These activities aimed to create a joyful experience characterized by "unobstructed and exhilarating" fun and the concept of "Five Smooth Experiences in Our City". According to big data from China Unicom, the city welcomed 18.377 million tourists during the holiday, an increase of 2.2528 million tourists compared to the total number received during the 8-day National Day holiday in 2023, representing a growth rate of 14.0%. Among them, 11.9007 million were one-day tourists, accounting for 64.8%, and 6.4763 million were overnight tourists, accounting for 35.2%. Of all the tourists received, 8.2791 million were local tourists, accounting for 45.1%, and 10.0979 million were from other provinces, accounting for 54.9%, with tourists from Hebei Province, Beijing, Shandong Province, and Henan Province accounting for the largest proportions. Tourist spending amounted to 16.678 billion yuan over the 7-day National Day holiday, an increase of 36.9% compared to the 8-day holiday in 2023. Per capita spending was 907.57 yuan, setting a new holiday high for the year.

The Salute to the New China, Strive Forward in the New Era series of activities celebrating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China at the Pingjin Campaign Memorial Hall, the National Dream, Patriotic Heart - Liang Qichao Elegant Collection Exhibition and the Great Cause in the Sky, Patriotic Heart - Commemorative Exhibition for the 100th Anniversary of the Birth of Academician Liang Sili at the Liang Qichao Memorial Hall became "treasure trove" destinations for red tourism.
