Dianping's 2023 "Must-Eat List" has set a historic record with a total of 2062 restaurants nationwide being listed. The listed restaurants span 61 cities and regions, with Beijing boasting 123 listed restaurants, ranking second in the nation. The Sanlitun/Gongti (Workers' Stadium) area leads this year's "Must-Eat List" with the highest number of listed restaurants, while the China World Shopping Mall tops the charts among shopping centers.

Moreover, this year's list emphasizes the aspect of "discovery" — nearly half of the 2062 restaurants are newly listed, with "cozy eateries" accounting for almost 40%. Among them, nearly 20 unique snack shops such as Yinsan Douzhi, Xiaolin Meat Pie, and Fengyuan Spring Pancake have made their debut in the Beijing area.
