What is BEIJING PASS?
BEIJING PASS is a multi-purpose travel card issued by Beijing for foreigners coming to China. Launched on July 31, 2024. The card is issued for sale and can be reloaded for use. BEIJING PASS supports the use of public transportation in over 300 cities in China, as well as Beijing's designated (authorized) commercial and cultural tourism sectors.
BEIJING PASS can be used to use Beijing Urban Transit, suburban rail, Beijing buses and street cruise taxis. More than 300 cities use public transport. Support card purchase tickets at 30 well-known scenic spots in Beijing, and card consumption at 20 authorized businesses in Beijing.
How to buy BEIJING PASS
BEIJING PASS is issued on a sales basis. After sale, the card is non-refundable, the balance is refundable, and the balance is non-refundable after the card is lost. BEIJING PASS supports the purchase of self-service equipment and manual service Windows at Beijing Capital International Airport, Beijing Daxing International Airport, Beijing Rail Transit and Municipal transit Card business halls (Dongzhimen, Xidan).
How to use BEIJING PASS
When using BEIJING PASS to take public transport in Beijing, each card can only be used by one person, and you need to swipe the card to get on and off the bus or enter the station, to enjoy the current preferential policy of swiping the card on public transport in Beijing. When purchasing goods in the designated (authorized) commercial and cultural tourism scenes in BEIJING, please confirm that the "BEIJING PASS" sign is posted in the scene in advance, and show the card to the staff.
Follow the staff's instructions, paste the card on the POS machine, and then complete the payment after confirming the amount.
