National Library of China － Children's Library

The Children's Library is divided into a Parent-Child Reading Area and a Youth Reading Area, with a collection of about 80,000 books. The Parent-Child Reading Area primarily features picture books and is equipped with soft cushions and circular bookshelves, offering a cozy reading environment for young children. The Youth Reading Area offers a variety of books on science, literature, and more, catering to the reading needs of children of different ages. Additionally, the library hosts various parent-child and reading activities, enriching the overall reading experience for children.

Admission Policy: No reservation is required to enter the main section of the National Library of China, but a reservation is required 3 days in advance to access the Children's Section.

Beijing Library Children's Library

The newly opened Beijing Library Children's Library is a magical reading space. It is divided into two reading areas: one for ages 0-6 and another for ages 6-12. The library is equipped with multimedia reading stations and knowledge acquirement zones. Children can watch 4D films here and enjoy an immersive viewing experience. Plus, they can earn virtual energy through reading and learning, which helps them cultivate their own "Reading Flower."

Xicheng Youth and Children's Library  

The Xicheng Youth and Children's Library offers a comprehensive reading room, a children's reading room, and a periodicals reading room, with a collection focused on children's literature, art, and popular science. As the first library in Beijing to introduce a digital animation platform, it provides not only traditional book borrowing but also the enjoyment of digital reading.

Zhongshuge
