Summer travel enters peak season, Beijing ranks as the top tourist destination nationwide on multiple travel platforms, attracting tourists with its unique charm.
Data from multiple travel platforms confirm the boundless vitality of Beijing's summer tourism market. According to the platform statistics, Beijing has become the most popular tourist destination nationwide in July, with a sharp month-on-month increase in ticket orders, visitor attendance, and bookings for accommodations (including hotels and homestays) at Beijing's scenic spots over the past month. On the platform's list of the top 10 most popular scenic spots nationwide during the summer, Beijing occupies half of the spots, with Universal Beijing Resort topping the list, followed by the Badaling Great Wall, the Summer Palace, the Palace Museum, and the National Museum of China.

The city's cultural tourism department has coordinated key summer activities across the city, launching eight series of thematic activities. Multiple cultural tourism venues and businesses, including scenic spots, hotels, and homestays, have increased the supply of tourism products while improving the basic service quality of tourist attractions to enhance visitors' travel experience in Beijing.
