On May 30, the second Dongcheng District High-Quality Development Youth Forum, titled "Passing on to Youth, Jointly Seeking Future Development," was held at the Capital Hotel. The Communist Youth League of Dongcheng District released "The Heart of Beijing, Riding in Dongcheng" cycling map, Dongcheng District Youth Entrepreneurship Guide, and Dongcheng District Youth Development Support Fund, among other key projects for 2024, improving mutual promotion and dual-direction development between youth and the city.

The cycling map centers around Dongcheng District's rich historical and cultural resources, incorporating elements of the central axis, red culture, folk customs, and intangible cultural heritage, and designs five cycling routes linking popular check-in spots and new consumption scenes within the district. This allows young people to discover the beautiful and storied Dongcheng District through cycling. The youth entrepreneurship guide covers 19 unique industrial parks in Dongcheng District, including Yongyuan, Damofang Cultural and Creative Industrial Park, and Longfu Temple Cultural and Creative Park.

During the forum report, experts and scholars from the China Development and Reform News, Central School of Communist Youth of China, Xiaomi Group, and CPCEP Group helped young entrepreneurs broaden their horizons and expand their thinking from a professional perspective. The forum also featured a thematic dialogue session, where responsible persons from relevant units in Dongcheng District and outstanding youth representatives from finance, culture, technology, and medical fields discussed "Youth and Urban Coordinated Development" and "Being a New Driving Force for Productivity Development," gathering more youthful wisdom and strength for Dongcheng's practice of Chinese-style modernization.
