Luanzhou Ancient Town is located in Luan County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, adjacent to the new county seat. The entire planned area is approximately 1250 meters long from east to west and 900 meters wide from north to south, with a total planned land area of 2000 acres. Luanzhou Ancient Town is the first project of Weiguang Huitong Group’s strategic layout in the northern region. It showcases the culture of the Luan River and aims to recreate the modern history of ethnic integration between the Han, Manchu, and Mongolian people. Luanzhou Ancient Town strives to present a vivid social life in a northern ancient city during the Ming and Qing dynasties, portraying the conflicts, integration, and development of agricultural and nomadic civilizations. With a predominant Qing architectural style, it comprehensively meets various needs in terms of dining, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment, truly becoming the premier ancient town tourist area in northern China. In 2011, it was honored as the “Tourism Zone with the Most International Influence in China” at the Hong Kong Asia-Pacific Tourism Federation. In the same year, it was selected as one of the “Top Ten Characteristic Street Blocks” in Hebei Province and one of the seven key tourism projects in Tangshan. It was also recognized as the “Most Promising Scenic Area for Development in Tangshan City”.
