Starting from late April, Beijing's Yuyuantan Park enters its prime season for viewing wisteria flowers, which lasts until early May. 

Wisteria flower, as a symbol of longevity, prosperity, and auspiciousness, is beloved by visitors for its cascading blooms and delightful fragrance.

Since 2018, Yuyuantan Park has introduced over 200 wisteria plants of 15 different varieties. These can be found mainly in the Science Popularization Square, the Xiaguan Garden, the Yuyuan Spring and Autumn Scenic Area, and the Cherry Valley.

In addition to wisteria, visitors can enjoy over 300 peony plants of more than 20 varieties in the Cherry Valley area, or admire yellow roses on the south bank of Donghu Lake, immersing themselves in the poetic beauty of the scenery. The spring flower viewing period at Yuyuantan Park is expected to last until mid-May.
