The winter vacation has come to an end, and schools across the country are starting a new semester. Why not take your kids to these exciting places to make the most of quality parent-child time?

China Science and Technology Museum

The newly built China Science and Technology Museum is situated to the east of the Asian Games Village, west of the Olympic water system, south of the Olympic main stadium, and north of the Forest Park. The architecture, resembling a giant "Lu Ban lock" or a "Rubik's Cube," symbolizes the unlocking and exploration of mysteries.

The museum features five main thematic exhibition halls: "Science Wonderland," "Light of China," "Exploration and Discovery," "Technology and Life," and "Challenge and Future." Additionally, it houses public space display areas, a dome cinema, an IMAX cinema, a dynamic cinema, and four 4D cinemas. The Children's Science Wonderland exhibition targets children aged 3-8 and their accompanying parents, guiding them from understanding themselves to exploring the natural world and experiencing cutting-edge technology, forming a thematic progression of "self-awareness, closeness to nature, understanding society, and touching technology."

Currently, the museum is hosting the "Musical Wonderland - Immersive Music Technology Experience Exhibition" in its temporary exhibition hall, offering a unique journey into the science behind music until February 29.

Parents can join their children at the China Science and Technology Museum to appreciate the beauty of scientific principles, witness the transformations in technology, watch technology-focused movies, and participate in various educational activities for joyful parent-child interaction.
