On February 2nd, the Yanqing District's 2024 Spring Festival Cultural Activities Promotion and Beijing's "Cultural and Tourism Revitalization Station" special event for Yanqing was held at Wukesong Arena. During the Spring Festival, there will be more than 300 sessions of 38 cultural and tourism activities, including the 10th Beijing Intangible Cultural Heritage Grand View Garden, Badaling Night Great Wall, Shiyuan Park Lantern Art Festival, Longqing Gorge Ice Lantern and Snow Carnival, Lantern Festival Flower Fair, waiting for citizens and tourists to experience and capture memorable moments.
In terms of entertainment, visitors can explore the Badaling Great Wall, enjoy ice lanterns in Longqing Gorge and Yongning Ancient Town, watch iron openwork in Kangxi Night Valley, listen to traditional Chinese opera in Chadao Ancient City, or indulge in various skiing resorts. Yanqing has a rich historical and cultural heritage with 376 intangible cultural heritage projects. These projects play a positive role in creating a traditional festive cultural atmosphere and enriching the cultural life of the residents. During the Spring Festival, Yanqing will host the 10th Beijing Intangible Cultural Heritage Grand View Garden event. Visitors can savor intangible cultural heritage cuisine and experience traditional crafts at the World Expo Park.
They can also experience and watch intangible cultural heritage exhibitions, traditional opera performances, and explore the customs and culture markets in characteristic folk villages such as Shixia Village, Hoheilong Temple Village, Shangmo Village, and Liugou Village. From the first to the fourteenth day of the first lunar month, the Shiyuan Park will perform three flower fairs every afternoon. At 10 a.m. on Lantern Festival, 24 outstanding flower fair teams from the entire district will compete at the Shiyuan Park. From New Year's Eve to the eighth day of the first lunar month, Badaling Night Great Wall Scenic Area will feature nightly performances by five distinctive flower fair teams.

During the Spring Festival, Lijia Homestay and Fuchun Mountain Residence Homestay have prepared dragon and lion dances, while Yuanxiang Li Homestay has prepared a dry boat performance.
