At the opening ceremony, the ballet performance "Frozen" and the drum performance "Drum Dance in the Era of Prosperity" received applause from the audience.

After the ceremony, citizens participated in tug-of-war and jump rope competitions. There are also more than ten ice and snow experience activities on-site. The 20,000 square meter ice and snow area offers numerous snow play equipment and amusement activities. In addition, the giant gashapon machine prepares surprises for the citizens.

It is reported that Shijingshan Snowman Kingdom utilizes existing sports facilities to build ice and snow sports venues, providing more convenience and new venues for the public to participate in ice and snow-featured fitness activities.

Currently, Shijingshan District has opened Shijingshan Snowman Kingdom, Tiantai Mountain Ice and Snow Carnival, Shougang Ski Jumping Platform, Qunming Lake Ice Entertainment Park, and other ice and snow sports venues. It will also gradually open Temple Fairs at Laoshan City Leisure Park and other venues.
