Beside, 12367 Service Hotline for online response services was launched, it provides 7x24 hours of bilingual human or intelligent real-time response in Chinese or English. 12367 Service Hotline accepts online inquiries, problem-solving, and suggestions related to immigration management from domestic and foreign personnel.
Android users can scan the QR code to download and use the App, for users who have downloaded the App already can follow the prompts to update the App. People could also use the mini-programs of both WeChat and Alipay via searching for "National Immigration Administration 12367" (Chinese:移民局12367).
This time, the upgrade was designed to optimize management services and further facilitate the entry and exit of Chinese and foreign personnel for certification and affairs.
