The 2023 Beijing-Zhangjiakou Ice and Snow Cultural Tourism Season will be launched on December 6, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism will release 8 routes of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Sports and Cultural Tourism Belt and Beijing-Zhangjiakou winter skiing and ice skating map, which encompasses a large number of rich cultural, tourism and physical resources such as ice and snow sports, the Great Wall Ancient Trail, and outdoor recreation on the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Sports and Cultural Tourism Belt.

New ice and snow consumption scenarios in multiple districts

Yanqing District: Launched alpine skiing, professional events, ice and snow park, ice lanterns, hot springs, delicious food and warm pots, off-season picking 7 panels with more than 150 thematic activities and 6 ice and snow boutique lines while issuing ice and snow catering consumption coupons.

Chaoyang District: Ice and Snow Sports Consumption Season will be opened on December 9 in Chaoyang Park, setting up an ice and snow interactive area, ice and snow bazaar area, dryland ice and snow sports experience area, etc. During the activity period, the 2023-2024 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final will be opened, the Bird's Nest (Beijing National Stadium) Happy Ice and Snow Carnival will be opened again, and the Ice Ribbon (National Speed Skating Oval), Ice Cube (National Aquatics Center) and other dual-Olympic venues and more than 20 ice and snow venues across the district will bring colorful ice and snow consumption for the public.

Mentougou District: Tangu Park Ice Carnival will be opened on December 16, with about 300 square meters of winter-limited ice rink to provide ice bicycles, skating assistants, snow circles, no-power motorcycles, and other ice and snow playing equipment.

Shijingshan District: From December 20, 2023, to February 20, 2024, ice and snow consumption promotion activities with the theme of "Tiantaishan Ice and Snow Carnival", "Shijingshan Snowman Kingdom" and "Big Air Ice and Snow Carnival" will be carried out in Wulituo Mid-levels Flower Sea, Shijingshan Stadium and Shougang Big Air respectively, activities include free snow game, ice and snow leisure, parent-child entertainment, snow entertainment, and other ice and snow projects.
