Longxing Temple is one of the earliest, largest, and best-preserved Buddhist temples in China. It is located in Zhengding County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. It's known as "Zhengding Great Buddha Temple" and is one of the "Top Ten Famous Temples" in China. It was listed as one of the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units in 1961. It is now a national 4A-level tourist attraction.
The northeast side of the temple is a garden with Ming and Qing styles called Longteng Yuan, which combines the display of cultural relics with tourism and leisure. Covering an area of over 40 mu, the garden is filled with ancient sites and beautiful scenery. Exploring the garden feels like stepping into a beautiful and profound historical painting.
Currently, Longxing Temple covers an area of 82,500 square meters and retains the layout and architecture of the Song Dynasty.
