751D·PARK Beijing Fashion Design Plaza is built on the basis of the discarded factory of Beijing Zhengdong Electronic Power Group Co., Ltd.

77 Cultural and Creative Industry Park was transformed from the former Beijing Offset Printing Factory. Now it is a film and drama themed cultural park.

Erhekai No.21 Art District is located in Haidian District, Beijing. Erqi Factory·1897 Science and Technology Innovation City
In 1897, the Erqi Locomotive Factory, the largest production base for railway locomotives in China, was built at No. 1, Yanggongzhuang, Erqi Factory Road, Fengtai District, Beijing. The renovated Science and Technology Innovation City is also named after it.
The renovated factory is full of vitality but keeps the industrial style, as well as the historical traces of the Erqi factory. Many small objects seem to tell the story of the past to visitors.
Walking in the factory, you will find many exquisite creative transformations: ordinary factories have been transformed into fashion studios, exquisite cultural and creative product shops, handicraft workshops and so on, attracting crowds of tourists.

Beijing Sailong Cultural Park is formerly known as the Beijing Shengli Building Material Cement Bunker. It is now transformed into Sailong Cultural Park.
