Beijing Shijingshan Amusement Park

Located on the western extension of Chang'an Street, Beijing Shijingshan Amusement Park covers an area of about 350,000 square meters and is a household name in Beijing.

Happy Valley Beijing
Happy Valley Beijing was recognized as the "Internet-Famous Attraction in Beijing" in 2020.
Happy Valley Beijing consists of seven cultural theme zones: Fjord Forest, Aegean Harbor, Lost Maya, Shangri-La, Dessert Kingdom, Ancient Civilization-Atlantis, and Happy Hour. Through thematic cultural packing and story rendition, it displays a colorful ecological environment of the earth and regional cultures to tourists with a wide range of forms, such as architecture, sculptures, gardens, murals, performances, and amusement rides. Beijing Bell and Drum Towers
Beijing Drum and Bell Towers were honored as the "Internet-Famous Attractions in Beijing" in 2020.
The Beijing Drum Tower is a wooden structure pavilion building with multiple eave roofs, 46.7 meters high. The building is located on a 4-meter-high brick platform, about 56 meters long and 33 meters wide, surrounded by a wall. Bell Tower, also known as "Qiao Lou", is 47.9 meters high, with double-eave hipped roof, covered with black glazed tiles and decorated with green glazed cut edges. It is a large monolithic ancient building of brick masonry structure and the style is clean and simple. As the chiming center of the capital city in the Yuan, Ming, and Qing Dynasties, the Bell and Drum Tower is one of the landmarks of the ancient capital of Beijing and an important building that witnessed the history of China over the past hundred years.
Notice: Since September 14th, 2023 (Thursday), the Drum Tower has been undergoing a protective restoration project and is suspended from opening to the public. During the restoration period, the opening hours of the Bell Tower will be adjusted to 09:30~16:30, and ticket sales will stop at 16:00.

Jingshan Park (Shouhuang Palace and Wanchun Pavilion)
Jingshan Park (Shouhuang Palace and Wanchun Pavilion) was listed on the "Internet-Famous Attractions in Beijing" in 2020.
Jingshan Park is located in the center of the north-south axis of Beijing's inner city, which was the backyard of the imperial palace in the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties, and used to be the highest point in the center of Beijing.
The Shouhuang Palace complex in the northern part of Jingshan Park was built in the Ming Dynasty, with a total area of about 21,256 square meters and a total construction area of 3,797.68 square meters. The present Shouhuang Palace complex was built in the 14th year of Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty (1749), and it is the second largest of the ancient architectural complexes in the central axis of Beijing except for the Forbidden City, it is also the core area of Jingshan Park and an important part of the central axis of Beijing.
Jingshan Park is filled with ancient trees, unique peaks, and lofty temples. There are five pavilions on the mountain, and the Wanchun Pavilion is located at the high point of the central axis of Beijing. Climbing up to it, you can overlook the panoramic view of the Forbidden City.
Currently, "Splendid China! The Forbidden City's Peak - Traditional Weaving, Dyeing, and Embroidering Arts and Life Exhibition" is on display and will last until October 8th. The exhibition brings together many weaving and embroidery art projects related to the Central Axis, showcasing the treasures of traditional culture, highlighting the long-standing cultural heritage of the Chinese nation, and further emphasizing the unique value of the Central Axis as an important national cultural heritage.

Beijing Aquarium
Beijing Aquarium has been recognized as one of the "Internet-Famous Attractions in Beijing" in 2020 and 2021.
Located on the north bank of the Changhe River in the Beijing Zoo, the Beijing Aquarium is a large inland aquarium that is well-known in China. The main building of the Beijing Aquarium is unique and magnificent, like a big blue conch lying on the beach surrounded by trees and flowers.

New Shougang Bridge
New Shougang Bridge was recognized as the "Internet-Famous Attractions in Beijing" in 2022.
The New Shougang Bridge is the key point of the west extension of Chang'an Street. The bridge is the world's first double-tower cable-stayed steel structure combination system bridge, the largest-span bridge in Beijing, with a total length of 1,354 meters and a width of 54.9 meters, which is the widest steel bridge among the bridges in China at present. The new Shougang Bridge won the "Eugene C. Figg Medal" at the 2020 International Bridge Conference (IBC), and has now become a landmark in Shijingshan, Beijing.

National Botanical Garden (Cherry Gully)
National Botanical Garden (Cherry Gully) was recognized as one of the "Internet-Famous Attractions in Beijing" in 2020 and 2021.
The National Botanical Garden is located at the foot of the Western Hills of Beijing, including two parks, the South Park (Institute of Botany, The Chinese Academy of Sciences) and the North Park (Beijing Botanical Garden), which now has an open area of about 300 hectares, with a collection of more than 17,000 species of plants, with the North and South Parks having their distinctive features.
Cherry Gully is located in the National Botanical Garden (North Garden), which is a nature reserve in Beijing. The largest Metasequoia forest in north China is planted here. Metasequoia is a rare relict plant, known as the "living fossil" in the plant world. To promote its growth, spraying devices have been installed here to create a dreamy landscape with layers of mist, earning this place the nickname "the fairyland on earth".
The scenic spot also has three outstanding landscapes - "the Water Source", "the Yuan Jewel" and "the Pine on the Rock". Purple Valley Eden

Located on the embankment of Yongding River, Purple Valley Eden is based on lavender culture and agricultural creative culture, with the lavender industry as the core and "leisure and romance" as the theme.
