The first phase of the "Liangma River International Waterfront" route is 2 kilometers long, with boats traveling in both directions between the Yan Sha Pier and the Blue Harbor Pier, connecting 10 scenic spots along the Liangma River. It is a comprehensive night tour project that combines boat tours, light and shadow bridges, cultural space enhancement on both sides of the river, and theme light shows.

Through a main storyline, three major theme sections, and ten creative light and shadow nodes, visitors can experience the beauty of the Liangma River.

The route connects eight important scenic spots, including the Shell Theater. Along the way, there are five bridges, each with a unique light and shadow story.

Under the Good Luck Bridge, an immersive light and shadow forest experience is created through stage design, interactive fiber optic lights, and dynamic brushstrokes on the water's surface, resembling a flowing starry sky painting by Van Gogh, satisfying everyone's imagination of the stars.

Under the Glass Bridge, a stunning visual effect of the sky and water is created through fog and laser diffusion, accompanied by international electronic music, showcasing the forefront of international fashion.

The Shell Theater is located on the central island of Chaoyang Park, a silent pearl during the day, dotted in the Lotus Lake; at night, it transforms into a lively pearl elf, playing with light and shadow. Gorgeous images are projected onto the surface of the Shell Theater, conveying the beautiful imagery of the cycle of life.

The Palace Lock Chamber has created the first light and shadow performance of a lock chamber in China, using "The Hundred Horses" as the clue, including five chapters: "Like a Dream", "Looking for Horses", "Sailing", "Riverside", and "Fantasy Scenery". It uses light and shadow to tell the past and present of the Liangma River and the profound cultural heritage of the Grand Canal, injecting cultural context into the waterway.
