751 D·Park

751 D·Park is formerly known as the North China Radio Equipment Joint Factory Power Branch Plant which was established in 1952. In 2003, gas production was withdrawn from operation, and Plant 751 was transformed into a cultural and creative industry in 2006.

The design and planning of the park reflect the characteristics of simple, efficient and bright production. Industrial landscapes include towering chimneys, German-style power plants, quaint old steam trains, spiral large gas tanks, spectacular furnace clusters, crisscrossing pipeline clusters, etc.

With the theme of fashion design, the park covers fashion design, music design, automotive design, visual design and high-end home furnishings.

Nowadays, 751 holds large-scale events such as International Design Week and International Fashion Week every year, which are open to the public at home and abroad. The events attract many international friends to visit, have extensive international influence and are an important window for showing cultural confidence.

77 Cultural & Creative Park

77 Cultural & Creative Park is located in the back street of the National Art Museum of China in Dongcheng District, and is renovated from the old factory building of the original Beijing offset printing factory.

With theater and film as the leading industries, 77 Cultural & Creative Park is committed to promoting the planning and development of more cultural activities through deep participation in urban renewal and professional operation of cultural and creative spaces. Nearly 200 cultural and creative fairs, outdoor art activities, exhibitions and other activities are held here every year.

The park covers an area of 6,600 square meters, with a construction area of 13,000 square meters. Several old-fashioned red brick industrial buildings are dotted around, as if you were in the industrial civilization with the characteristics of the twentieth century. The old chimneys, hot stamping die-cutting machines and other industrial relics in the original factory area have been well preserved. The small building with a red brick wall and a winding steel ladder extends to the roof of the park, attracting many young people to visit.

The terraces of 77 Cultural & Creative Park are a good place to enjoy the evening breeze and night view in summer. There are three terraces, namely the "Undefined Terrace Tennis Court" located in Building 1 of the park, the "Sunset Terrace" adjacent to the former site of Sino-French University, and the "Drama Terrace" on the roof of 77 Theater.
